Certification Requirements for Girls' Coaches
Below is the information required to receive a coach's card for MBGLL. Please complete this information and email it to

US Lacrosse membership Number and Expiration Date (valid through June 2018)
Level 1 Online Course
Go to USLacrosse.org. You will need to log in to your account. Under the Coaches tab click on Education then online courses. At the online courses page scroll down to the take a course button. On the next page click on catalog to find Coach courses and sessions. Then click on level 1 courses from there you will need to take the level 1 fundamentals of coaching girl’s lacrosse. There are many other great courses here. Check them out!
Level 1 In Person Clinic
Go to USLacrosse.org. You will need to log in to your account. Under the Coaches tab click on Education then instructional clinics. Scroll down to level clinics and click the enroll today button. Search for a level 1 Coach Development Women’s Clinic. Below are your choices. Click Register to sign up for one.

Go to MBGLL website. Click on Coach’s Training and then click on Positive Coaching Alliance. On the PCA page there will be course access instructions to take advantage of MBGLL’s free PCA course
Rules Q & A (attend yearly)
The closest MBGLL rules Q & A is listed below. To find out additional dates go to MBGLL.org and click on Coach’s Traning . The Rules Q & A is a 1.5 hour long session covering any rules changes for the season. If you would like a more in depth course on the rules changes sign up for MBGLL’S Rules Clinics for a fee. There is a $5 late fee after March 5th. To register go to MBGLL.org and click on individual registrations on the left hand side. Scroll down until you see Rules Q & A Foxboro.

Concussion Training
Go to https://headsup.cdc.gov/ to register for this free course. You will need to create a log in to register. Take the online course, pass the test at the end and you will receive a certificate you have completed this course. Please forward this certificate to myself at

There are many other great courses offered on the Us lacrosse website, as well as, practice ideas and coaching strategies. Check them out! Another great coaching opportunity is MBGLL’s New England Lacrosse Convention on March 4th. Go to MBGLL.org and click on the NE Lax Convention tab on the right for more information. Moving forward the convention is a way to fulfill your continuing education 2 year requirement.
For US lacrosse courses you have already completed, log in to your US Lacrosse account. Under manage my account go to my account then training history. Your Level 1 online and in person courses will be listed there. If you have completed the PCA course, you can go to US Lacrosse and under coaches then PCA course you will find a search for your PCA Completion button.
